What's the difference between the free public audit and the in-account audits?

The public audit is a one-off, anonymous scan. It crawls your homepage plus around four representative sample pages, scores them, and shows the result once. Nothing is saved to a dashboard, there's no re-audit, no content generation and no tracking. The in-account audits (run from your dashboard after you sign up) apply the per-plan page caps shown on the cards above, but in return they're saved, re-run on a schedule, and feed every other feature: content briefs, keyword tracking, AI-citation monitoring and score deltas.

How do automated audits and manual audits differ?

Automated audits run on a schedule (daily on Enhanced, weekly on Standard, weekly on Sundays for any site over 1,000 pages) and email you a PDF report with score deltas and a 7-day download link as soon as the crawl completes. You can opt out of the email from Settings → Notificationswhile keeping the audit running. Manual re-audits can be triggered from the dashboard on top of the automated schedule, with a cooldown between runs: one every 7 days on Standard and one every 24 hours on Enhanced. Use them after a publish, a redesign or to validate a fix. They never affect your automated quota and respect your plan's page cap.

How does the page cap work, and what counts as a page?

A "page" is one crawled HTML URL on your site. The crawler follows your sitemap and internal links, then prioritises the pages real visitors land on: homepage first, then FAQ, how-to and guide pages, then about, services, pricing and contact, then other content. Once your plan's cap is reached, additional URLs are recorded as "excluded from scoring" so you can see what was skipped, but they don't affect your score. Excluded categories (admin, auth, account, tracking-parameter variants, feeds) never count toward the cap on any plan.

What happens if my site is larger than the Standard cap?

Standard audits the first 100 visitor-priority pages per site. That's usually enough for most marketing sites: homepage, services, FAQ, blog landing and the top articles. If you have extensive content, product or listing pages and want every URL scored on every re-audit, choose Enhanced. Enhanced has no page cap.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and we do not charge for partial months.

Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid the first recurring fee. During the trial you have the same page cap shown on the Free trial card above; if you continue on Standard or Enhanced after the trial, the higher plan caps take effect immediately.

Bonus: if you upgrade to a paid plan from inside your dashboard while your trial is still running, we knock 50% off your first month automatically at checkout. The discount stacks with the annual "2 months free" rate, and the paid plan starts immediately rather than waiting for the trial to expire. New sign-ups who don't upgrade mid-trial still get the standard 14-day free trial with no payment due on day one.
