These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CiteFlow platform at citeflow.co.uk (the "Service"), operated by AutoProv Ltd (company number 16724369), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at 241a Selbourne Road, Unit 5, Luton, Bedfordshire LU4 8NP, trading as CiteFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CiteFlow is an AI visibility platform that audits your website, generates content, publishes to your connected CMS where configured, and tracks rankings and AI citations across third-party search and answer engines. Features evolve over time and we may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@citeflow.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.
CiteFlow is offered on the following monthly subscription tiers: Standard (£49.00) and Enhanced (£89.00). Prices are in pounds sterling. AutoProv Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on these fees. Fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
New customers may be offered a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends. If you do not cancel, your selected plan starts and the first recurring fee is charged.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund partial months. Where UK consumer law gives you a statutory right to a refund (for example, if you signed up as a consumer and have not yet used the Service during a cooling-off period), that right is unaffected by these Terms.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content, or to publish to sites you do not own or have permission to publish to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach the policy.
You retain ownership of the websites you connect and the content CiteFlow generates for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We may process your site content and instructions through third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
CiteFlow uses large language models to draft content. AI output may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintentional similarity to other works. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
We aim to keep the Service available on a best-effort basis but do not offer a formal service-level agreement at this stage. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the Service for operational reasons.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, search rankings, or AI citation visibility, or for any indirect or consequential losses.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you publish through the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a way that may damage us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data will be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
